Nick and Melissa started their journey to building and investing in the breathtaking Dalmatian Coast of Croatia in 2013. Nick has deep family roots in the area and enjoys fond memories of spending every summer on the beautiful beaches throughout his childhood. He has always dreamed of sharing the Dalmatian Coast area with his family, friends, and travelers from across the globe.

When he and Melissa finally had the opportunity to see Nick’s vision to fruition, they forged ahead despite facing challenges along the way. Making their dreams a reality required frequent travel from their California home, all while raising three small children, but their love for the area and desire to reach their goals persevered. 

They are proud to offer top-quality accommodations where visitors can enjoy Croatia in comfort and style. The Villa Mel brand has provided the backdrop for many dream vacations to date, and will continue to do so for many visitors to come!
