The Space

The first two floors of this incredible home feature the bedrooms, each furnished with a King-sized bed and roomy ensuite bathroom. There are two master bedrooms in the front of the house (45m2 each) that include balconies where you can enjoy the great views as well as pull-out couches that sleep two. Each master bedroom also boasts a large flat screen television with cable.

The other 2 bedrooms (24m2 each) are equally exquisite and luxurious, also featuring King- sized beds, 800 thread count sheets, and ensuite bathrooms.

On the top floor you will find a Chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, 2 ovens, a large wine refrigerator, and an oversized island lined with barstools. A large sitting area and dining room provide more than enough space for entertaining and enjoying the gorgeous views of the water and downtown Podgora. 

Wall-to-wall glass doors lead you to a balcony and private pool where you can relax and unwind with your favorite beverage, overlooking the sea and nightlife! Above is an expansive roof deck with built-in seating and breathtaking 360- degree views of the beautiful Adriatic Sea and Croatian landscape.
